Porcelain Veneers — CEREC same-day.

Typically $1,200–$2,500 per tooth · Financing available

Custom porcelain shells bonded to the front of your teeth. They correct chips, gaps, stains, and minor misalignment. Most dental offices send your impressions to a lab and put you in temporaries for two weeks. We don't — designed and milled in-office.

Good candidates have

  • Healthy gums and enough enamel to bond to
  • Chips, stains, gaps, or minor misalignment they want corrected
  • No active grinding (or willingness to wear a nightguard after)
  • Realistic expectations — veneers enhance, they don't erase

Three steps

Step 1

Consultation

Digital photos, smile design preview, and an honest conversation.

Step 2

Prep & scan

Minimal tooth reduction, digital scan, on-screen design.

Step 3

Mill & bond

CEREC mills your porcelain. Dr. Warren bonds them the same day.

FAQs

How long do veneers last?
With good care — daily brushing, flossing, and a nightguard if you grind — most veneers last 10–15 years before they need to be replaced. Some last considerably longer.
Does the procedure hurt?
No. We use local anesthetic during the prep appointment, and most patients report mild sensitivity for a day or two afterward — nothing OTC ibuprofen can't handle.
Will my veneers look fake?
Not when they're done well. Dr. Warren's design philosophy is "the best version of your own teeth" — natural translucency, natural shape, color matched to the rest of your smile.
Can veneers be reversed?
No — because a small amount of enamel is removed, veneers are permanent. That's why we never rush a consult.

Teeth Whitening.

$200 take-home · $500 in-office Zoom! · Both available

The fastest, least invasive way to refresh your smile. Two clinically proven options — in-office Zoom! for instant results, or custom take-home trays for gradual whitening on your schedule.

In-office Zoom!

About 90 minutes in the chair, typically 6–8 shades brighter the same day. Sensitivity managed with a pre-treatment desensitizing gel.

Custom take-home trays

Trays molded to your bite plus professional-strength gel. Wear 30–60 minutes a day for two weeks. Results match in-office whitening without the single-session intensity.

Will whitening damage my enamel?
No. Professional whitening agents at correct concentrations don't damage enamel — that's well-documented in 30+ years of research.
What about sensitivity?
We pre-treat with desensitizing gel and step down the concentration as needed. Most "sensitive" patients tolerate professional whitening just fine.
How long do results last?
1–3 years depending on coffee, tea, and red-wine habits. We provide touch-up gel for the trays so you can refresh annually without coming in.
Restorative

Same-day Crowns — CEREC.

Typically $1,400–$1,800 per crown · Insurance applies

A crown rebuilds a broken, decayed, or root-canaled tooth back to full function. With CEREC we do it in one visit instead of two — same high-end porcelain that fine labs use.

Restorative

Dental Implants.

$3,500–$5,500 per implant + crown · Financing available

A small titanium post that fuses to your jawbone, replacing the root of a missing tooth. Topped with a custom porcelain crown, it looks, feels, and chews exactly like a natural tooth. Success rates exceed 98%, and with good hygiene most implants last decades.

Treats

  • Single missing tooth — no need to file down adjacent teeth for a bridge
  • Multiple missing teeth in a row — implant-supported bridge
  • Full arch tooth loss — All-on-4 / implant-supported denture
Orthodontic

Invisalign® Clear Aligners.

Typically $3,500–$7,000 · Financing & FSA eligible

A series of clear, custom-made plastic trays that progressively move your teeth. New tray every 1–2 weeks. Treatment usually 9–15 months.

Why adults choose Invisalign

  • Virtually invisible — colleagues won't notice
  • Removable for eating, brushing, important meetings
  • No brackets cutting your cheeks, no wires to repair
  • Fewer in-office visits than traditional orthodontics
How long per day do I wear them?
22 hours. Take them out only to eat, drink anything other than water, and brush.
Does Invisalign fix everything braces can?
It handles about 90% of cases — crowding, spacing, mild bite issues. Severe rotations sometimes still need braces. We'll tell you at consult.
Will I need a retainer after?
Yes — teeth want to drift back. We provide a clear retainer (basically the last aligner) at the end.
Technology

CEREC Same-day Dentistry.

CEREC stands for Chairside Economical Restoration of Esthetic Ceramics. In plain English: a scanner, design station, and milling unit that produce a final porcelain crown or veneer in one appointment instead of two.

Around since the 1980s, but precision and material quality have caught up to top labs in the last decade. We've used it for years.

General

Cleanings & Preventive Care.

The boring stuff that keeps cosmetic dentistry from being necessary in the first place. Every routine visit: full exam by Dr. Warren, digital X-rays as needed, oral cancer screening, professional cleaning, and one-on-one hygiene coaching.

For patients with gum disease or a history of it, periodontal maintenance on a 3- or 4-month interval.

Cosmetic

Smile Makeovers.

Not a single procedure — the right combination of veneers, whitening, contouring, bonding, and sometimes Invisalign, designed to match your face, your goals, and your budget. Dr. Warren plans every makeover digitally before any work begins. You see a preview of the final result before the first tooth is prepped.

Emergency

Emergency Dental Care.

In pain, knocked-out tooth, lost a crown — call us first. We hold same-day appointment slots for established patients and triage new-patient emergencies by phone.

If your tooth was knocked out: rinse it gently (don't scrub), put it in milk or your cheek, and call us immediately. Time is everything — most teeth can be re-implanted within 1 hour.

Specialty

TMJ Therapy.

TMJ disorder is the catch-all for pain and dysfunction in the jaw joint — popping, clicking, chronic headaches, neck pain, tooth wear from grinding. Dr. Warren trained in TMJ diagnosis at the Spear Faculty Club and Dawson Academy.

Most cases respond to a custom-fitted oral appliance worn at night — but diagnostic accuracy matters most. We rule out other causes (sinuses, posture, sleep disorders) before fitting an appliance.

Specialty

Sleep Apnea Screening.

Snoring loudly? Waking up tired? Your dentist might catch it before your doctor does. Dr. Warren screens every comprehensive exam for signs of obstructive sleep apnea (worn molars, scalloped tongue, recessed jaw) and can fit a dentist-prescribed oral appliance for mild-to-moderate cases.

Cosmetic

Cosmetic Bonding.

$300–$600 per tooth · One visit

Tooth-colored composite resin shaped and bonded onto your tooth to fix a chip, close a gap, or hide a stain. Less expensive than veneers, less permanent, faster — but also less long-lasting (5–10 years).

General

Tooth-Colored Fillings.

We don't do silver amalgam. Every filling Dr. Warren places is composite resin, color-matched, and bonded — invisible from across the room and easier on tooth structure long-term.

Restorative

Dental Bridges.

A fixed prosthetic that replaces one or more missing teeth by anchoring to the teeth on either side. We use bridges when implants aren't the right fit — usually for budget or anatomy reasons. CEREC-milled, single-visit when possible.

General

Periodontal Therapy.

Three out of four American adults have some form of gum disease. We treat early-stage gingivitis with deep cleaning (scaling and root planing), and offer OralDNA salivary testing to identify the specific bacterial profile driving your case — so we can target it instead of guessing.

General

Oral Cancer Screening.

Part of every routine exam. Dr. Warren visually checks lips, tongue, floor of the mouth, throat, and neck lymph nodes for any unusual lesions or lumps. Oral cancer is highly treatable when caught early; we catch it in time when we look every six months.

Specialty

Mouthguards & Nightguards.

Custom-fitted appliances for athletes, grinders, and Invisalign post-treatment retention. Off-the-shelf drugstore versions are uncomfortable and ineffective; a custom guard is night-and-day different.
